Today was a good day. A good day at work . A good day with the girls. When we got home we had a snack together. While we were eating Angel came up with the bright idea of having a celebration party. It looked something like this…
”Well, what are we celebrating?”
“I want to celebrate going to the 3rd grade and the shelter that God has given me.”
“Christal, do you want to celebrate something?” She thought long and hard.
“I want to celebrate passing 1st grade next year and my wonderful family.”
“That’s great. What wonderful family are we celebrating?”
“Me, my sister, Mr. Matt & Mrs. Jess. It’s just so wonderful.”
Far be it from me to keep a kid from celebrating. So we celebrated complete with tablecloth, china, cloth napkins, fancy dresses, my shoes, the neighbor and Taylor Swift. We sang, danced and talked about all that God has done for us. It was alot of fun. I’m so glad Angel suggested it.
